Sunset Middle School Families,

Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! I am excited to serve as PTO President and work with the other amazing PTO board members. Our goal is to represent your voice as we work side by side with the dedicated SMS faculty and staff to build a strong school community and ensure our students receive all the resources they need to succeed in their academic endeavors and extracurricular activities.

The SMS PTO is a volunteer organization comprised of parents, teachers, and administrators who are dedicated to enhancing learning and enrichment opportunities for our students. Our primary role is to provide necessary supplements to support our school in areas that are not fully funded by WCS.

At SMS, our PTO is all encompassing in the support we provide our students. Invest In Your Saber is our primary fundraiser and vital to the support we are able to offer the school. With your generous patronage, the PTO is able to finance resources for academics, athletics, fine arts, staff appreciation, student support, and general school maintenance and improvements. When the Invest In Your Saber program launches on August 22th, please consider contributing to this essential campaign. Your contribution is 100% tax deductible and all funds go directly to support Sunset Middle School.

PTO membership is included with any donation to the Invest In Your Saber campaign. By joining the PTO you will gain access to the PTO directory, receive communications about school news and happenings and find opportunities to volunteer.
